How should I care for my wig?

All Hair is Pre-washed,Pre-BleachedPre-plucked and Pre-styled

Use Sulfate Free Shampoo on the rootsand work down to the ends

Shampoo and Condition to avoid productbuild up! Don’t Over wash!

Use Heat protecting spray, Leave-in Conditioner, or a Hair serum

Hair can withstand 450 Only

Air dry or hood dry curly textures

blow dry on cool for Body waves and straight

To avoid shedding brush from the Ends tothe root!

A silk bonnet or scarf to protect hair from friction while sleeping!

Xtremely Raw Hair provides hair that LAST for 3-5 years with the proper care

Lace and wefts are delicate,Handle with care

What is your return/exchange policy?

We Only Allow Exchanges/Returns as long as the Lace has not been Cut as well as the hair has not been Cut or Colored

We only do Returns for items that are incorrect. Once an order has been placed and has been picked up/shipped out or Delivered We no longer will accept exchanges or returns Unless Contacted

Can I style my wig with heat tools?

Yes, Colored Hair and Curly Textured Hair should use less Heat as it will wear down the texture and change the original color.

Body wave and Straight hir can use up too 450 heat but normal heat settings will do just fine
