Processing time varies depending on the level of customization required
Shipping times do not include processing time
We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: Estimated 4–7 business days (after processing time)
Rush Shipping: Estimated 2–3 business days (after processing time)
Same-Day Shipping: Orders will ship out the same day after processing is completed, not immediately after purchase
Shipping time begins only after your order has been processed and shipped
Once your shipping label has been created, no changes can be made (including address changes or shipping method adjustments)
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout
Once your package has been:
Picked up by the shipping carrier, or
Marked as delivered
We are no longer responsible for the package.
At this stage:
We are unable to make changes to the shipment
We cannot control delays, lost packages, or delivery issues

First time buyer, this is best hair I’ve had in a while, little to no shedding, great quality! 10/10 i even got some goodies in my bag.
I absolutely love this hair. The tresses are so long and even, and hold a curl so well!! The lace is so high quality, it immediately melted into my skin. & since it came pre-plucked it was giving scalp without me having to do anything🥰 will definitely be purchasing again!!
