Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing time before shipment. This includes order verification, customization, and packaging.

Please note:

  • Processing time varies depending on the level of customization required

  • Shipping times do not include processing time


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 4–7 business days (after processing time)

  • Rush Shipping: Estimated 2–3 business days (after processing time)

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders will ship out the same day after processing is completed, not immediately after purchase


Important Shipping Information

  • Shipping time begins only after your order has been processed and shipped

  • Once your shipping label has been created, no changes can be made (including address changes or shipping method adjustments)

  • Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout


Carrier Responsibility

Once your package has been:

  • Picked up by the shipping carrier, or

  • Marked as delivered

We are no longer responsible for the package.

At this stage:

  • We are unable to make changes to the shipment

  • We cannot control delays, lost packages, or delivery issues

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volume

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
